Home Sales
Our goal is to process your resale, transfer or rental as accurately as possible. Homeowners working with a realtor or a private sale have access to ordering documents and certificates by visiting www.fsresidential.com and select ‘Order Documents & Certificates’ from the top tab bar. If you are transferring ownership through family, please submit to the management office a copy of the updated Deed and documentation stating the resident(s) meet the Federal Fair Housing Act for our community. Tenants must supply a copy of the current lease agreement to the management office as well as documentation stating the resident(s) meet the requirements of our age-restricted community. These important steps are necessary to make the transition of new homeowners and residents as simple as possible for association billing, emergency contact information, amenity use and more.
