Thank you! Thank you to all the residents that have shown their support to the Board and staff during these unique and challenging times. Summer is upon us and community projects are moving along.
•Woodlife Work Shop-Completed the fitness restroom counter top and faucet replacement and is finalizing the lobby restroom replacement this week.
•Annual Fire Inspection-Affordable Fire completed the clubhouse annual fire inspection. While onsite they repaired a leak in a line in the attic.
•DTE Irrigation Berkshire & Chatham Village Well Repairs-The well company was onsite Monday, July 20 to begin repairs on both wells. Berkshire well is unable to be repaired and will require a new well installation. Chatham Village well pump was removed and a new pump will be installed on Wednesday, July 22.
•DTE – Falmouth Retention Basin maintenance work began on Tuesday, July 21 and will continue until complete.
•Wayland Basin Pipe Replacement Project-Jason Pilla removed the seven trees necessary for GE Mechanical to begin the pipe replacement project between basin one and two.
•Great Blue-Completed the Aquatic Herbicide Applications and Pond Dye Application for the ponds on Thursday, July 16
•Black Lagoon- Completed repairs to the fountains on Thursday, July 16. Sanders Pond fountain has fishing line tangled around it and will require further diagnosis. The new fountain will be installed at Devon Pond on Wednesday, July 22.

required activity waiver to utilize the Association’s onsite and offsite amenities. We appreciate all the efforts that have been taken by our residents to comply with the necessary requirement.

All Election packets will be mailed out Friday, July 24.. Mail in or Drop off your election ballot at the clubhouse vestibule ballot box Monday –Friday 8am-4pm. All Ballots must received by noon on Tuesday, September 8.

Work Orders, Modifications, Landscaping and Ground Requests
All requests pertaining to Work Orders, Modifications, Landscaping and Ground Request are still being handled by the staff and committees. All communications regarding the above items are being handled by staff members through phone, email or mail. As a reminder the ACC Architectural Guidelines have recently been updated and should be reviewed before submitting a modification request.
Zoom Open Board Meeting
Zoom Open Board Meetings will be scheduled the first Tuesday of each Month moving forward. The next scheduled open Board meeting is August 4, 2020 at 1PM. An invitation with details on how to join the meeting will be email blasted and posted to the website prior to each meeting.
