Description: Community Education Committee: Join us for our first ever observation of Women’s History Month. In 1987, President Ronald Reagan signed the newly passed Public Law 100-9 designating the month of March as Women’s History Month. The Atlantic County Historical Society has prepared a special program celebrating eight women who called Atlantic County their home. Their fame was once known in many corners of the world. It’s time to reintroduce these fascinating, accomplished women. Thursday, March 23 at 6:30 PM in The Ballroom. Refreshments will be served so please sign up in The Orange Book.
