Joanne Kinsey will take the mystery out of the ‘starter ‘and show us how to maintain and use it in baking. There will be a Free Raffle of 10 ‘starters’ so there will be ten lucky winners with ‘the right stuff’ to start baking for the Holidays ahead. Monday, November 7 at 6:30 PM in The Ballroom. We’ll be serving light refreshments, so please sign up in The Orange Book.

Even if you’re an expert baker already, share your experiences in the Q & A session at the conclusion of the presentation. This a perfect introduction to the season of Thanksgiving and holiday celebrations… think of the aroma of bread
baking in the oven on a chilly winter evening.
