Cardio Drumming is a cardiovascular based full body workout that requires you to sit or move while drumming along to music.

What is cardio drumming?

March to the beat of your own drum with one of the latest (and most fun!) fitness trends! Cardio drumming takes a simple movement – drumming – and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great.

What are the benefits of cardio drumming?

There are many! It will raise your heart rate and help you burn hundreds of calories, improve your coordination and ability to focus, and help strengthen many muscle groups, including your core. The best part about cardio drumming? It’s fun! Drums Alive equipment is stored behind the stage next to the dance floor.
The drumsticks are inside the buckets and DVD is on the shelf under the TV.

Drums Alive times are 30 minute classes. Monday 2:00pm-3:30pm, Wednesday 6:00pm-7:30pm and Friday 10:30am-12:00pm. Please sign up at the clubhouse.  NO sessions 11/8, 12/8, 12/13.
