Pilates resumed on Thursday, July 8th,  Come join us on the ballroom dance floor Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Mary Low Spice is affable.  The core group is welcoming and non-judgmental.  This is a workout that’s appropriate for beginners and seasoned participants.  Come get toned, and energized and have a laugh.  Fee:  $10.00 payable each sessions.  Questions: Contact Linda Telli at blackwood1712@gmail.com.
