Four Seasons at Historic Smithville, New Jersey is a 55+ Active Adult retirement community located close to the Shore in southern New Jersey. Linked by scenic walking paths and dotted with 19 ponds, its ten villages are are comprised of 1200 single family homes, manor homes and condos.
Besides our own amenities and recreational areas, residents often enjoy local attractions and facilities. - maintaining reserves for capital asset replacement and maintenance
