Four Seasons at Historic Smithville, New Jersey is a 55+ Active Adult retirement community for those that want to remain active and engaged. Linked by scenic roads and walking paths, its ten villages are comprised of 1,200 single family homes, condos and manor homes. We are located close to the famous Jersey shore, surrounded by natural beauty and many famous points of interest.
Because residents are proud of our community and the surrounding area, a few “tabs” across the top of this page, Local Interests, Real Estate and our Events Calendar are available for viewing by the casual visitor.
